What happens next

  1. Get in touch. Call, message us or send the form above. Tell us where it hurts and how long you’ve had it.
  2. We confirm a time. Bookings are required in advance. We’re open seven days a week.
  3. Your free first consultation. Your physiotherapist asks how the pain started and what makes it better or worse, checks how you move, and explains what they find in plain language. You leave with a clear plan.
  4. Treatment, then strength. Hands-on treatment helps settle the pain. Exercise on our gym floor works on the cause.

Who you’ll see

Your physiotherapist will be Boom Namsak, Gino Udomthanakij or Som Benjaprasertsri. They work in English and Thai, and each of them handles both the treatment room and the gym floor, so the person who treats your pain is the same person who coaches your strength work.
